What we collect

We collect information you give us when you enquire, book, join the waitlist or contact us, including:

• name, phone number, email address;

• vehicle registration;
• messages you send us.

We may also record CCTV or still images at the site, and photographs or video of a vehicle’s visible condition on arrival, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Our booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. That service may process a limited amount of technical information (such as IP address and browser data) according to Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

• maintain security, prevent fraud and deal with claims;
• keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Booking and CCTV records are kept for as long as needed to run the service, handle complaints and meet legal or insurance requirements, and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and in some cases to have it deleted or restricted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
